How and When to Watch the USA Climbing National Championships

The 2023 USA Climbing National Championships will kick off in Boise, Idaho, from October 11-15. A combined 171 athletes are registered for Speed, Bouldering, and Lead events. With former winners like Nathaniel Coleman, Carlo Traversi, and Melina Costanza on the list, it’s already shaping up to be an exciting event. You’ll be able to livestream the event for free on Outside Watch via our app and site.

Schedule:

  • Lead Semifinals Thursday, October 12th, 10 a.m. EST
  • Lead Finals Thursday, October 12th, 6 p.m. EST
  • Speed Finals Friday, October 13th, 4 p.m. EST 
  • Bouldering Semifinals Sunday, October 15th, 10 a.m. EST
  • Bouldering Finals Sunday, October 15th, 6 p.m. EST

The Lead and Speed events will take place at Vertical View Climbing, and Bouldering will be at Asana Climbing Gym. The full preliminary schedule can be found here, and the full list of registered athletes can be found here. Results will be updated here as the rounds progress. We will post a recap of all the action in the week following the event.
